3. Payments & Billing
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- 50%–100% advance payment may be required before project initiation.
- Payments once made are non-refundable, except where legally required.
- Delayed payments may pause project progress or service access.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate business information, content, and approvals.
- Supply necessary access credentials on time (hosting, admin, social media, etc.).
- Ensure submitted content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Kotapride is not responsible for delays caused due to incomplete or late submissions by the client.
5. Intellectual Property
- Website design, code, creative assets, strategies, campaign materials, or documents developed by Kotapride remain the property of Kotapride until full payment is received.
- After full payment, ownership or usage rights will be transferred as per agreement.
- Kotapride trademarks, branding, logos, website content, and graphics may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
6. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Some services may rely on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Hosting Services, APIs, Plugins, etc.).
Kotapride is not responsible for:
- Policy changes
- System downtime
- Service suspension
- Price changes
- Technical issues beyond our control
7. Data, Privacy & Confidentiality
- We follow ethical data handling practices.
- Client information will not be sold or shared without consent, except when required by law.
- Users must also protect login credentials and confidential project information.

8. Limitation of Liability

- Payments are overdue
